Budgets · planners · small-business templates
Templates that do the math.
Spreadsheets with working formulas, a planner with real page links, and printables made for an actual binder. Every spreadsheet comes with a filled-in example and a start guide, and every file downloads the moment you buy.
The templates
Six templates, one job each
Spreadsheets are made for Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. The digital planner is a PDF for tablet note-taking apps, and the binder prints on any home printer.
The bundle
All six templates for $39
Bought one at a time they come to $81. The bundle saves $42, and every file is the same one sold on its own.
How it works
From checkout to your first entry
-
Buy and download
Your files are ready right after checkout. Nothing ships, and there is nothing to install.
-
Open the file
Spreadsheets are made for Excel and Google Sheets, with no macros or add-ins. The planner is made for tablet note apps that open PDFs with links; the binder comes in US Letter and A4.
-
Start with the example
Each spreadsheet comes twice: filled in with sample numbers, and blank. Read the example to see how the parts connect, then type your own numbers into the yellow cells of the blank copy.
Swipe the table sideways to see every column.

Questions
Before you buy
Is anything shipped to me?
No. Every template is a digital download. You get the files right after checkout, and your receipt email includes the download link.
Can I use the templates for my business?
Yes, for your own household or business. Please don't resell, share, or redistribute the files or any part of them.
What if a file doesn't work?
Contact us from your order receipt within 10 days of purchase and describe what you see. We'll send a fixed file, or a refund if we can't make it work as described.
Are the templates made with AI?
We design with AI-assisted tools. Before a file is listed, every spreadsheet is recalculated and checked for formula errors, and every link in the planner is tested.
Which apps do I need?
Spreadsheets: Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Apple Numbers is not supported). Digital planner: a tablet note-taking app that opens PDFs with links. Binder: a printer set to 100% or "Actual size".
Is this financial or tax advice?
No. The templates help you organize your own numbers. For decisions about taxes, debt, or investments, talk with a qualified professional.
